When the kids came home from school yesterday, they somehow got on the subject of nerds. They were laughing and carrying on when I jumped in and asked, “do you guys really know what a nerd is?” Immediately thay fired back at me and said, “Of course we do, but let’s google it and see what comes up!” We all ran into the office at once to be the first on the computer. We were reading the definition of nerd on wikipedia, when I was tapped on the shoulder. I turned around only to see this dorko staring back at me and asking, ”Mom, is that what a nerd looked like back when you were in school?” I guess some things never change!
